「2026年犯罪問題與對策學術研討會暨三十週年系慶」

各界長官、先進與專家學者 鈞鑒：

    時光荏苒，國立中正大學犯罪防治學系自1996年創系以來，轉眼間已走過三十個年頭。三十年來，本系深耕犯罪學理論、刑事司法與矯正實務研究，培育無數專業優秀人才，為臺灣的社會治安與司法體制貢獻心力。

    值此三十週年系慶之際，本系於 2026 年 11 月 06 日（星期五）舉辦「學術研討會暨三十週年系慶」。本次研討會將聚焦於新時代的犯罪防治挑戰與前瞻策略，邀請重量級學者專家與實務界代表，共同探討犯罪防治的未來願景；同時，亦竭誠歡迎有意願發表學術成果之碩博士研究生共襄盛舉。期待透過跨界對話與學術激盪，攜手引領未來三十年的犯罪防治發展。

徵稿主題包括（但不限於）：

1.     當代犯罪學理論與實證研究

2.     科技犯罪、網路安全與防範策略

3.     刑事司法體制改革與矯正實務前瞻

4.     少年犯罪、毒品防治與社會安全網

2026 Academic Conference on Crime Problems and Countermeasures & The 30th Anniversary Celebrations

Dear Distinguished Officials, Colleagues, and Experts,

  Time flies, and thirty years have passed since the Department of Criminology at National Chung Cheng University was established in 1996. Over the past three decades, the Department has committed itself to research in criminological theories, criminal justice, and correctional practices. We have cultivated countless outstanding professionals, contributing significantly to Taiwan's public safety and judicial system.

  To commemorate this 30th-anniversary milestone, the Department will host the "Academic Conference & 30th Anniversary Celebrations" on Friday, November 6, 2026. This conference will focus on contemporary challenges and forward-looking strategies in crime prevention, bringing together prominent scholars, experts, and practitioners to explore future visions. Concurrently, master's and doctoral students who wish to share their findings are warmly invited to present their research achievements. Through these cross-disciplinary dialogues and academic synergy, we look forward to jointly leading the development of crime prevention for the next three decades.

Contemporary criminological theories and empirical research topics include, but are not limited to:

1. Cybercrime, Digital Security, and Prevention Strategies
2. Criminal Justice Reforms and Future Trends in Corrections
3. Juvenile Delinquency, Substance Abuse, and Social Safety Nets

Your professional insights and remarkable achievements hold immense weight in our field.
